Here’s what to expect…

Step 1: Book your session

Using our contact form or booking portal, confirm your project details, date and time. We’ll reach out with 3 documents: a final quote, contract and deposit request. All you have to do to secure your requested date and time is sign the contract and pay the 25% deposit. For any questions or special requests, reach out to contact@naikvisuals.com.

Step 2: Pre-shoot consultation

Once you’re booked, we’ll reach out to set up a consultation call to discuss your vision, walk through the entire process (from preparation to final delivery), and answer any questions you might have.

Step 3: Shoot Day

We’ll follow through on our planning and bring the vision to life.

Step 4: Delivery

After the session, we’ll use our decade of expertise to edit and refine the images for your final gallery. When we share the gallery, we’ll also go through your options to purchase lifetime-quality products so you can enjoy physical copies of the images for years to come, as applicable to your project.

  • Our packages are priced competitively to industry standards in the area. We offer a personalized and professional photography experience for those who want the absolute best.

  • Yes! If you have already booked a session, reach out at any time (even during the shoot) and we can accomodate the request. Pricing adjustments will be discussed transparently and the final invoice will reflect the additions.

  • We understand that plans can change. You may reschedule your session without penalty with at least 24 hours’ notice.

    All deposits are non-refundable but may be applied to a new date. One transfer is permitted per booking. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit will be forfeited. If you choose to cancel your session entirely, the deposit remains non-refundable regardless of timing.

    We closely monitor the weather and will reach out the day before your session to discuss conditions if they seem unfavorable. Unless there is a severe weather warning or safety concern, we’re happy to shoot in a variety of conditions to capture a unique mood and atmosphere. If you prefer to reschedule due to weather, your deposit will be carried over to the new date.
